To Change your password follow the steps:

Login into "My Account"
Go to "Change Password" tab in My Account
Select ‘Change Password’ and complete the form.

Keep in mind that your new password should satisfy following conditions:
Have at least 6 characters
Include at least one lower case letter
Include at least one upper case letter
Include at least one number
When you Cart you can apply your promotion Coupon.

To use a promotion code, simply:

Type the code in to the promotional box that is shown just below the Cart items and click "Apply".
When your Coupon is accepted, you can select to checkout. You can chose to make the payment with your debit or credit card.

You can pay by either a credit or a debit card and your payment will show on your Order details . We will email you when your payment is successful.

5. You can also try signing out, clearing your cache and cookies, and signing in again before trying to check out again
6. Make sure your payment method hasn't expired. For example, if you're paying with a credit or debit card, check the expiry date on the card
7. If you're using a new credit or debit card, you may need to activate the card before you can use it. We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for instructions
8. If you're paying with PayPal, try unlinking your account and linking it to your account again

Timelines for paying:
When you buy an item on myholisticshop.com whether you won an auction or used Buy It Now, you'll need to pay the seller within 4 days. The sooner the seller receives your payment, the sooner they'll send your item.

Check for unpaid items:
When you buy an item, it's important to pay as quickly as possible. If you haven't paid within 4 calendar days, a seller can cancel your order. If this happens, you won't receive your item and the unpaid item will be recorded on your account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items or canceled orders may have limits imposed or lose their buying privileges.
Simply request a cancel online from My Account. All you need to do is:

Log in to My Account
Go to My Orders
Find your order and select the item(s) that you wish to Cancel
Follow the cancel instructions, select Cancel option and you’re done!
Login to My Account and go to the My Orders.
Find your order, then click 'Track Order' to get the latest information on your order status.
You’ll be able to get complete tracking information.

Due to COVID-19, air travel has been restricted, which affects our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. Returns Policy:
Products are returnable on myholisticshop.com within the applicable return window for any reason on myholisticshop.com When you return an item, you may see an option for a refund or replacement. Replacements are only available for items that are sold and fulfilled by myholisticshop.com

Damaged/defective or any error returns will receive a full refund. Unless otherwise stated, original shipping charges will not be refunded on returns due to customer choice/error. All shipping charges for any return will be borne by buyer. All refunds payment will be made to buyer upon return goods received in original and good condition and will be made within 3 to 5 business days.

Unless the item was defective, a return will be processed only if:

- it is determined that the product was not resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was dispatched to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, price tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein);
- and does not contain products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

If you return a product that is different from what was dispatched to you, we do not take any responsibility for the incorrect product sent to us and may not be able to return the incorrect item that has been sent as part of the return.
